Stop, Think and Choose

6/14/2014

Sometimes it's the kids shows that lay things out the best!

At the heart of this website is a commitment to ensure not only do women show up to the polls but they do so informed and empowered to make a difference.  This simple message of "Stop, Think and Choose" from the PBS series Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood addresses the opportunity to weigh in with your vote and to take time to learn about your options before you "cast your ballot".  Whether you're voting for which class pet to get or who the new Attorney General in Wisconsin is going to be, not only should we exercise our right to vote but do so knowing what that vote will mean for you and your family.

- Sara Finger, Executive Director & Founder of the Wisconsin Alliance for Women's Health (with special thanks to my 4 year old daughter and 1 year old son for motivating this post)
